LoungeSacs come packaged inside one of the thickest cardboard boxes available to protect your bean bag furniture. Our shrinking process allows us to compact them into shipping efficient sizes for decreased shipping costs which means lower cost for your beanbag chair. Your insert and cover come packaged together, unlike our competitors who are still charging you unnecessary shipping costs because of inefficient packaging and they ship their covers and beanbag chair separately thus charging you twice for shipping 1 product. Oh, yes our boxes have handles on them for easy transportation-see we did think of everything!

We use UPS to send our bean bag furniture to their new homes. We ship the sacs out within 3-5 business days from when the order is placed. Our shipping charges are set prices no matter where you are located. You can also arrange for Local Pick Up For FREE! We get them out to you as soon as we can, because we know your excited for your new LoungeSac!

The foam-filled inner sac is compressed for shipping. To decompress the inner sac, break apart the foam without opening the inner sac. Flip and fluff the inner sac to allow air into the foam and to help it expand. Allow about a week for the beanbag chair to return to its original shape. Zip the premium cover around the fluffed inner sac. Flipping and fluffing Bean Bag Furniture before and after use will help the LoungeSac stay fluffy forever.

RETURN POLICY Any defective bean bag furniture can be returned for full refund minus shipping costs within 30 Days of receiving product. Please contact us within 30 days with any problems or concerns with your Bean Bag Furniture. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number and product will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation.
